We hope this finds you and your loved ones healthy and happy. We also hope at this time you, like us, are being safe and taking all precautions. To better serve you, we will remain open and have enforced a “one in, one out” policy (families count as 1 unit) this is to practice proper social distancing and disinfectant guidelines set out by the CDC.

In an effort to help each and every patient Dr. Ralph has put together a group of physiotherapy exercises that can be accessed on our website at:

These can be done in the privacy of your own home until you are able to be back in the office. Please feel free to share these with your friends and family.
Dr. Ralph has also put together a home care kit that includes a small foam roller, balance disc, and bands that we are offering at our cost of $30.00 and at this time we are offering drop off service for the kit for those not wanting to venture out.
These are truly unprecedented times and we at Highland Family Chiropractic will remain open and serving our patients as long as time permits and Dr. Ralph will always be just a call away.
